KENNETH C. TURINO is Exhibitions Manager at Historic New England, the oldest, largest and most comprehensive regional preservation organization in the country. As Exhibition Manager, Mr. Turino is responsible for developing, coordinating and contracting Historic New Englandās traveling exhibition program, locally, regionally and nationally. Recent projects include the critically-acclaimed collaboration with MASS MoCA, Yankee Remix: Artists Take on New England; A Changing World: The Photographs of Verner Reed 1950-1972; Cameraās Coast; Pilgrims, Patriots and Products: Selling the Colonial Revival; the award winning From Dairy to Doorstep: Milk Delivery in New England 1860 - 1960. He has also developed and coordinated the Program in New England Studies, a successful week-long course on New England architecture, decorative arts, and material culture. Mr. Turino is an adjunct professor in the graduate Museum Studies Program at Tufts University. Prior to coming to Historic New England, Mr. Turino was Executive Director of The Lynn Museum, an active local history museum in Lynn, Mass. He holds a Masters of Arts in Teaching, Museum Education, from the George Washington University.
