Layna White is Head of Collections Information and Access at the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art. She is a member of the Cataloguing Cultural Objects advisory committee and a member of the description advisory group for the RLG Cultural Materials Alliance. Layna is project manager for museum and library partners in MOAC II, a collaborative project investigating how use of digitized museum resources by different audiences can be improved. Degrees in art history and library and information science complement her work in collection information, visual resources, and public access.
