Dr. Ming-chorng Hwang received his Ph.D. degree from the Department of East Asian Languages and Civilizations of Harvard University in the spring of 1996. He is currently Associate Research Fellow, Institute of History and Philology, Academia Sinica, specializing in early Chinese history and architectural history. Dr. Hwang participated in the pilot project of National Digital Archives Program (NDAP) in 2001 and NDAP in 2002-2003, and became the Deputy Division Head, Content Development Division, NDAP since March 2003.
