| Registration Process |
Pre-registration is required for workshops and special events.
Registration for all events will be filled in order of receipt. Basic registration
does not include tours, workshops or Special Events for which there are
fees.
Confirmation of registration will be forwarded via email within ten (10)
days of receipt at the Conference Offices.
If you have not received your confirmation within ten days, or have any
questions or concerns relating to your registration, please contact Susan Rawlyk, MCN Conference Coordinator at rawlyks@igs.net or by calling (403) 288-9394.
Delegates have several options for registration this year.
You may register on-line (Visa or Master Card only), mail your registration form along with payment
to the address provided or fax your registration to (403) 288-8382. A copy
of full-time student identification must accompany student registration
forms.

*Guest Policy: Delegates wishing to bring a guest (spouse/partner) may do so for a fee
of $105.00. This registration fee entitles your guest to view the Exhibit
Hall and participate in other events not requiring fees. Guest registration
does not include sessions, tours, workshops or any other special events
with fees.
Tickets for events with fees may be purchased for your guest on site, on
a space available basis. |
To qualify for our early bird registration rates, mailed registration forms
must be post marked no later than September 15, 2004.
Faxed and online registrations must be received no later than midnight
on September 15, 2004. |
Cancellation
Cancellations received in writing prior to October 1, 2004 will receive a full refund, less a $75.00 administrative processing fee.
Requests for cancellation can be faxed to (403) 288-8382. In the event
a refund is required, please allow four weeks for processing.
After October 1, MCN will issue refunds only if a delegate is registered
in a workshop which, for unforeseen circumstances, is cancelled. |
