Small Museum Discount: $200.00 For purposes of reduced conference fees, AAM defines "small museum" as an institution with an annual operating budget of less than US $250,000.00 or with a paid staff equivalent of no more than three full-time positions. Small Museum discount is subject to approval by MCN.
Earlybird Registration Deadline: September 29, 2007 To qualify for our Earlybird Registration rates, mailed registration forms must be postmarked no later than September 29, 2007. Faxed and online registrations must be received no later than midnight on September 29, 2007.

Delegates wishing to bring a guest (spouse/partner) may do so for a fee of $105.00. This registration fee entitles your guest to view the Exhibit Hall and to participate in other events that do not require fees. Guest registration does not include sessions, tours, workshops or any other special events with fees. Tickets for events with fees may be purchased for your guest on site, on a space available basis.

Requests for cancellation and refunds, received in writing prior to October 12, 2007 will be processed less a $75.00 administrative fee. Requests for cancellation can be faxed to (613) 599-7027. After October 12, refunds will be issued only if a delegate is registered for a tour which, for unforeseen circumstances, must be cancelled.
