MCN 2009 Online Conferencing
MCN 2009 takes place in Portland, Oregon. We urge everyone who is interested to attend in person as the only way to engage in full with the conference's rich array of workshops, sessions, events, exhibitors, and abundant networking opportunities.

Nonetheless, some people who wish to attend are unable to do so due to funding issues. We hope that these online avenues may enable you still to participate in knowledge sharing and engagement with this community. If you find them useful, we encourage you to join MCN or make a donation below to help support these efforts for our community.

Questions from offsite participants will be harvested during each session's Q&A periods via hashtag #mcn09oL on Twitter. To make your questions easy to notice, please use this hashtag only for this specific use. The general conference hashtag is below. Answers to selected questions will be spoken to the room, and by that means conveyed out over the webcast.

MCN also will disseminate podcasts of these sessions in the near future; more information will appear here when they are available.

MCN 2009 on Twitter

In addition to the specific use of Twitter for Q&A during online sessions as above, MCN 2009 is on Twitter in two more general ways:

The #mcn2009 hashtag is for all tweets related to the conference.

The MCN2009 Twitter account (@MCN2009) is tweeting updates on the conference.
