Registration fees for the MCN2010 Conference are:

MCN Members: Earlybird: $450.00 | Regular: $500.00
Non-Members: Earlybird: $550.00 | Regular: $600.00
Student / Emerging Professional Members: Earlybird: $200.00 | Regular: $250.00
Small Museum Discount: $200.00 off
Half-Day Workshop Fee: $100.00
Full-Day Workshop Fee: $200.00
Conference Tours: $25.00
For purposes of reduced conference fees, AAM defines "small museum" as an institution with an annual operating budget of less than US $350,000.00 or with a paid staff equivalent of no more than three full-time positions. Small Museum discount is subject to approval by MCN and may not be combined with Student / Emerging Professional or Daily registration.

ADD A GUEST REGISTRATION TO YOUR CART: $105.00

Delegates wishing to bring a guest (spouse/partner) may do so for a fee of $105.00. This registration fee entitles your guest to view the Exhibit Hall and to participate in other events that do not have limited capacity. Guest registration does not include sessions, tours, or workshops.

MCN 2010 Tours

All tours are on Wednesday, October 27, 2010. Texas Archive of the Moving Image and University of Texas, Visual Arts Center at from 1:00pm - 2:30pm. LBJ Library & Museum and University of Texas, Harry Ransom Center are from 3:00pm - 4:30pm. Tours are limited to 20 people each.

Cancellations
Requests for cancellation and refunds, received in writing prior to October 1, 2010 will be processed less a $75.00 administrative fee. Requests for cancellation may be faxed to (403) 541-0915. After October 1, refunds will be issued only if a delegate is registered for a workshop which, for unforeseen circumstances, must be cancelled.
