Emerging Professional/Student Membership

Emerging Professional/Student Membership is open to first-time members who are students or have fewer than three years of service in a museum or cultural institution.

Qualifying individuals may join as Emerging Professional/Student members for up to three years. After three years, members at this level will be invited to join as an Individual Member at the regular rate.

Emerging Professional/Student Membership is limited to individuals who are not currently MCN members.

• Discount on Annual Conference registration
• Voting privileges in MCN Elections
• Eligibility to run for office on the MCN Board of Directors
• Listing in the online Membership Directory
• Access to the FOR MEMBERS section of the MCN website
• Participation in MCN Special Interest Group (SIG) activities
